The honey…….

My award winning honey comes from multiple sources. Bees are placed throughout the county and Welsh borders and this ensures diversity. Forage for bees from different sources makes for interesting taste sensations throughout the year. Speciality honey requires much work by myself and the girls and can include being stuck on the side of a mountain in the dark for a chance of the Heather honey or simply carting the hives around orchards during May for the apple blossom.
